SHIPPING
• All orders are expected to ship within 1-3 business days
• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
• If you do not receive one within (5) five business days please
email us• For orders in Europe, delivery usually occurs between 4-8 business days after your package has shipped
• For orders in USA, delivery usually occurs 5-10 business days after your package has shipped
• For orders in Baltic countries, delivery usually occurs 1-3 business days after your package has shipped
RETURNS & REFUNDS
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as they were received

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING
• Since we are still a very young brand, customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns or exchanges
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
• Please note: if you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise
